Shipping and Returns
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As our products are all handmade, we do not accept returns unless your product arrives damaged or defective. If a product arrives as such, take a picture of it within 48 hours of arrival and email it to hello@freesiahair.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge. If your product has a defective pump, we are more than happy to send a replacement part.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please notify us as soon as possible with a cancellation request by emailing hello@freesiahair.com. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
